At Psalms Gourmet Brittle, we’re committed to delivering your delicious brittle in perfect condition. Here’s what you can expect:


Order Processing Time:

We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons or promotions, it may take an extra day or two.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times depend on your location but generally range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping.


Shipping Areas:

We currently ship throughout the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.


Warm Weather Shipping:

Since brittle can be sensitive to heat, we may use insulated packaging and ice packs during warmer months to ensure your order arrives intact.


Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your package’s journey.


Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to make it right.


Returns & Refunds:

We want you to love every bite. If you’re not satisfied, we offer refunds within 14 days of delivery. To start a refund, contact us with your order number. Please note: We may request a photo of the product or packaging issue to help us improve.


Exceptions:

Personalized or custom orders may not be eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
