Our yam pecan flavor is made from our  famous Pecan Brittle flavor, which include farm-grown pecans for Georgia State.  We use organic sweet potato powder to add the rich taste of yam that compliments the rich pecans in the brittle. 

Our yam pecan brittle is hand mixed and hand poured batch of batter with the attention on achieving perfection.  The proprietary method of mixing, cooking and pouring creates a light, creamy, airy and crisp texture that is teeth/denture-friendly and non-chewy.
